History

Established in 1988 as a licensed daycare facility, Lollipop Patch Child Care and Pre-school is a family owned and operated center that cares for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Today, we provide two convenient locations to start your child’s life long journey to learn. Our facilities provide a structured curriculum, as well as a safe and secure atmosphere for children. By establishing a supportive and nurturing environment with the interest for children to learn and grow, we can cultivate learning and support your children to be life-long learners.

Staff

Natalie Michael has worked with children and in the daycare environment since she was 16 years old. Over the years she has accumulated more than 600 hours of community service working with children. Natalie received her Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in 2008 where she began working at Children’s Hospital and Medical Center. While working full time, Natalie received her Associate Degree in Applied Science in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Program Management from Bellevue University. She is currently obtaining a Master of Education, Early Childhood Education Emphasis at Concordia University, and is the director of the 5524 North 99th Street (99th & Fort) location.
Sarah Rainey has been working with children for over 30 years. She has three children of her own and ran her own licensed, in home daycare for 13 years. Sarah has been a part of the Lollipop Patch Staff for over ten years. Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1989, and is currently receiving her Food Safety Administration Certification. Sarah is currently the director of the 7240 Blondo Street (73rd & Blondo) location.
